Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board Thursday released the provisional selection list of 582 junior staff nurses for various government hospitals of J&K, which include GMC Srinagar, GMC Jammu and its associated hospitals.
Meanwhile, the final selection list will be only released after the final verdict of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladkah High-count, the case is waiting for response from the Health Department regarding the petition filed by candidates who have been working in the departments for over 10 years, the petitioners have approached High court after CAT dismissed their pleas. Petitioners have demanded that no post should be filled in permanent manner unless/until their services are not regularized.
The Provisional Selection List shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending in any Court of Law of the competent jurisdiction.
The List shall also be subject to the outcome of pending inquiry, if any, involving candidate(s), figuring in this Selection List.
Formal recommendations to the concerned Indenting Department shall be made separately after the Notification of the Final Selection List.
