JK Govt notifies 137 more services under J&K PSGA @jansugam.jk.gov.in
JAMMU, May 16: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir today notified 137 services of three different departments under the J&K Public Services Guarantee Act.
Statutory Order 266 was issued in this regard, according to which 16 services of the Mining Department, 36 of Finance Department (Excise) and 84 of the Power Development Department have been included in the Public Services Guarantee Act 2011.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4, read with section 8 of the J&K Public Services Guarantee Act 2011 (Act No. IX) of 2011), the Government has notified these services, timelines and the Designated Officers/ Appellate Authorities.
Total 84 services of PDD, including New Connections, Change of Name, Change of Ownership, Change of Category and Approval of installation of DG Setups have been notified under PSGA.
Similarly, 36 services of Finance Department (Excise) and 16 services of the Mining Department have been notified under PSGA.
The notified services of Mining Department include Grant of Mining Lease, Grant of Quarry License, Grant of STP/DP and Grant of Mineral Dealer License. Timeline of five to 10 days has been stipulated for providing the Mining Department services.
The PDD services, notified under PSGA, include ; Domestic load upto 25 KW, 30 days; Domestic load above 25 KW upto 50 KW, 35 days; Domestic load above 50 KW upto 100 KW, 40 days; Domestic load above 100 KW upto 500 KW, 45 days; Domestic load above 500 KW, 45 days; Commercial load upto 25 KVA, 30 days; Commercial load above 25 KVA upto 50 KVA, 35 days; Commercial load above 50 KVA upto 100 KVA, 40 days; Commercial load above 100 KVA upto 500 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 500 KVA upto 1000 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 1000 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load upto 25 KVA, 30 days; Industrial load above 25 KVA upto 50 KVA, 35 days; Industrial load above 50 KVA upto 100 KVA, 40 days; Industrial load above 100 KVA upto 500 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 500 KVA upto 1000 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 1000 KVA, 45 days; For change of name—Domestic load upto 25 KW, 45 days; Domestic load above 25 KW upto 50 KW, 45 days; Domestic load above 50 KW upto 100 KW, 45 days; Domestic load above 100 KW upto 500 KW, 45 days; Domestic load above 500 KW, 45 days; Commercial load upto 25 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 25 KVA upto 50 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 50 KVA upto 100 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 100 KVA upto 500 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 500 KVA upto 1000 KVA, 45 days; Commercial load above 1000 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load upto 25 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 25 KVA upto 50 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 50 KVA upto 100 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 100 KVA upto 500 KVA, 45 days; Industrial load above 500 KVA upto.
