J&K Government Takes Action: Termination of Dr. Shahbaz Manzoor's Services Due to Absence from Duty
Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered for terminating the services of one Dr. Shahbaz Manzoor, a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon for absence from duty.
Despite repeated notices and reminders to resume his duties, Dr. Manzoor failed to return to work, indicating a lack of interest in fulfilling his obligations as a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon.
Following, Dr. Manzoor’s prolonged absence and apparent disinterest in returning to work, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir terminated his services under Article-128 of J&K Civil Service Regulations, 1956.
