Girl raped inside truck in Kulgam, driver among 2 held
Kashmir- Jammu Kashmir police on Monday arrested two residents for allegedly raping a girl inside a truck in Kulgam district south of Kashmir.
The report states that the two suspects, identified as Hafiz Farooq Parray, son of Farooq Ahmad Parray and Ubaid Ayoub Raina, son of Mohd Ayoub, both residents of Gadihama Kulgam committed the act of harassing a girl inside a truck with registration number JK18A-6426 near FCI's Mirbazar area in southern Kashmir.
When the police received the information, they rushed to the scene and rescued the girl without arresting two suspects, one of whom was a truck driver.
Police also put him in the car.
While the girl was handed over to her legal heirs after fulfilling legal requirements, the two were arrested under FIR No. 63/2021 U / S 376, IPC 109 at Qazigund Police Station and an investigation has been launched
