Who Will Be Posted As DC Kupwara : IAS Officer Or JKAS Officer?
JAMMU: With DC Kupwara Ms. Ayishi Suda AGMUT 2017 cadre, the question surfacing is , who will be posted as DC Kupwara : IAS Officer or JKAS Officer?
Sources told Cross Town News that three names are under consideration , one IAS Officer and two Senior JKAS Officers.
