Eligibility Criteria:
For rural areas, eligibility includes households without earning members, single-room dwellings with kutcha walls, and families without land-dependent income. Urban eligibility covers various occupations, such as domestic workers, rag pickers, and construction workers.

2. Enter your mobile number and verify with OTP
3. Select your state and check eligibility using mobile number, ration card, or RSBY URN
4. If eligible, family details can be added for benefits.
How to Download Card:
To download the Ayushman Bharat Card:
1. Visit https://pmjay.gov.in
2. Click “Am I eligible,” enter the linked mobile number, receive and enter the OTP
3. Download the card in PDF format.
Documents Required:
Ensure you have Aadhar card, income certificate, proof of residence, caste certificate if applicable, bank account details, passport-sized photograph, and a valid mobile number.
How to check Status:
Visit pmjay.gov.in to check your application status using your Aadhar card or mobile number. Download the Ayushman card once your application is accepted.
