Clarification from Director General of Accounts & Treasuries
The ACC (Apprentice) gets stipend at notified Rate of Rs. 6000/- per month during training period which is usually spread over 12 months and on completion of theoretical training he is placed in Pay Level-5 applicable to the post of Accounts Assistant. In case of in-service candidate whose selection is made through proper channel, his pay is protected under relevant provisions of J&K CSRs, if applicable.
J&K Account Assistant gets Stipend of Rs 6000 per month during training period of one year.
