JKPSC AE Civil: CAT Orders Final Result Of Assistant Engineers Not To Be Declared; Selection Process To Continue

 



Jammu: A bench of CAT Jammu in OA No 378/2023 after hearing both sides directed to continue with selection process of the Assistant Engineers in Jal Shakti Department, however the final result with regard to said selection in ref to notification no. 28-PSC(DR-P0 Of 2022 dtd. 26.12.2022 shall not be declared without leave of this Trbunal.
 


The case has been listed again on 01.06.2023 along wirh OA No 1080 of 2022.
